Standard Cleaning
General Areas (Living Room, Bedrooms, Hallways, etc.)
- Dust all surfaces, furniture, shelves and décor.
- Clean mirrors and glass surfaces.
- Vacuum or sweep and mop floors.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners.
- Fluff and straighten cushions and pillows.
Kitchen
- Wipe down countertops, and back splash.
- Clean and sanitize the sink and faucet.
- Wipe down exterior of appliances (microwave, refrigerator, oven, etc.).
- Clean the interior and exterior of the microwave.
- Sweep and mop the floors.
- Empty and clean the trash bin area.
- Spot clean walls and light switches as needed.
Bathrooms
- Clean and disinfect the sink, countertop, and faucet.
- Scrub and sanitize toilet, including base and surrounding area.
- Clean the shower, tub, and tiles; remove soap scum and mildew.
- Polish mirrors and glass shower doors.
- Wipe down cabinets and shelving.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners.
- Sweep and mop floors.

Deep Cleaning
*Includes everything listed in standard cleaning plus the following

- Clean and wipe down baseboards and window sills.
- Remove cobwebs from ceilings, corners, and walls.
- Dust and clean ceiling fans and light fixtures.
- Vacuum under furniture and cushions.
- Clean doors, door frames, and light switch plates.
Kitchen
- Clean inside cabinets and drawers (empty and wipe).
- Scrub and sanitize inside the oven.
- Clean inside the refrigerator and freezer.
- Deep clean behind and under appliances (if movable).
- Degrease and clean range hood and exhaust fan.
Bathrooms
- Scrub and disinfect grout lines on tiles.
- Clean and sanitize inside cabinets and drawers.
- Remove hard water stains and buildup from fixtures and glass.
- Deep clean and polish chrome fixtures.
